By using the 2025 RGMC Activities Booking System I agree to treat all information within as being strictly private and confidential and shall take all proper and reasonable steps necessary to maintain confidentiality and prevent it from being disclosed or made public to any third party. I also agree that I will not at any time record, supply or upload, copy, exploit, use directly or indirectly, reproduce or store the information within or allow any third parties to do so.
